The staff was generally friendly, i found breakfast had a decent selection. the hotel location worked perfectly for exploring nearby attractions. It was very central. my room was adequately sized and the bed was comfortable.
my room faced an interior courtyard, so it lacked a proper view, this was pretty disappointing.

central location clean room helpful receptionist
the location is very central to many attractions and restaurants. rooms are clean and well supplied with amenities. i found the receptionist available 24 hours and very helpful with directions. they carried my suitcase up the stairs which i thought was very kind
i experienced some noise from the street at night. the sound insulation was not effective in blocking external disturbances. this impacted my sleep quality . earplugs would have been helpful to have on hand

I appreciated the amazing staff. They assisted with local directions! The room was super clean and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the central atrium with its fine design. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great!

okay hotel but with a few drawbacks
central location helpful staff ground floor noisy room
the location is central! it made exploring so easy and i could walk to pretty much everything.. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. they even helped me schedule a taxi when i left!
my room was on the ground floor, so it only had a frosted window. it felt a bit prison-like.. the window faced the breakfast room, so it got noisy in the mornings. i wish i had been told about this in advance, or perhaps been offered a different room.
